Planned
Cloud workspaces
A workspace for a DeepSeek Harness project, hosted so you are not the one keeping a computer awake. There is no workspace to open today.
Handsy experiment
A cloud workspace for DeepSeek Harness, still being explored. The aim is an agent that keeps running after you close your laptop, with each project kept apart and a page you can check from your phone. None of that is available to start.
DeepSeek Harness (the dsh command) is an independent open-source project. Handsy is not affiliated with DeepSeek, and DSH Cloud is not a DeepSeek product. The name says what the workspace would run.
Coming soon. No instances yet.
Hi, I'm the agent. Poke me.
Same robot as the rest of Handsy. Poke it.
Planned, not available
These are the capabilities this experiment is about. They describe the idea. They are not features you can turn on, and shipping any of them is not promised.
Planned
A workspace for a DeepSeek Harness project, hosted so you are not the one keeping a computer awake. There is no workspace to open today.
Planned
The process would keep going when your laptop sleeps. Today a local dsh process stops with the machine unless you have already set up your own always-on host.
Planned
Separate project directories, so one task’s files stay apart from another’s. That separation is a plan, not a control on this site.
Planned
A layout you could open in a phone browser to check a run. Not a mobile app, and not something this page can sign you into.
Self-host or managed
DSH Cloud would be a managed version of a setup people already do on their own machines. The managed version is not for sale and cannot be provisioned.
| Topic | Self-host DeepSeek Harness | DSH Cloud, proposed |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Your computer, or a server you administer | A managed workspace. Not available. |
| Laptop closed | A local process stops unless you run your own always-on host | Meant to keep running. Not offered. |
| Setup | Install dsh, pick a profile, and arrange remote access yourself | Handsy would operate the workspace. This page cannot create one. |
| Projects | You separate directories, users, and machines | Planned as isolated projects. Not built. |
| From a phone | You arrange access to the UI you host | Planned phone-friendly access. Not a current feature. |
| Cost | Your machine, plus the model provider’s bill | No price. The waitlist is not an order. |
DeepSeek Harness is an open-source agent harness. People run the dsh command on their own computer, in a terminal, a desktop app, or dsh web on a local port. The agent can read and edit files and run commands in the project you point it at. That is useful, and it is also remote code execution if a stranger can open it.
Leaving it running after you walk away is an operations job. The usual shape is an always-on machine, the web UI bound to loopback, and a reverse proxy you control for TLS and access. The upstream project documents that public-deployment shape. You also bring the model provider account the agent should call. Handsy does not operate that machine for you today.
A managed DSH Cloud workspace would take on the machine, the process, and the separation between projects, and it would aim for a page that is readable on a phone. You would still choose the model provider. This page does not collect API keys, does not quote a price, and does not promise that every row in the table will ship.
Works today, self-hosted
This part is not a plan. With the open-source dsh-esp32agent plugin, a DeepSeek Harness you run yourself can take screenshots of a real iPhone, tap, swipe and type through an ESP32 Agent board. In the video it opens Settings, reads which Wi-Fi the phone is on and goes back to the Home Screen; the phone and dsh are time-aligned.
Install the plugin, then restart dsh web:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-esp32agentSame character
The face and the desk scene are the Handsy iPhone agent: a small board, a phone, and a computer. DSH Cloud would not drive that phone. It is a separate idea, a hosted DeepSeek Harness workspace. The open-source iPhone agent is what the homepage and the docs describe. The hosted workspace is the thing that does not exist yet.
Questions
No. Handsy is exploring it. There is no instance, no account, and no button on this site that starts DeepSeek Harness online.
No. DeepSeek Harness is their independent open-source project. DSH Cloud is a Handsy experiment about hosting it. The name describes the software that would run, not a partnership.
The proposal is that Handsy would run the DeepSeek Harness process for you, instead of you keeping your own machine awake and putting your own proxy in front of it. That service is not built.
Not from Handsy. If you want it online, you self-host it. This page does not resell or proxy someone else’s hosted agent.
When email collection is active, we store the address so we can write if a beta opens. It does not reserve hardware or create a workspace. When the form is not shown, this page is not storing addresses.
No price is set. Nothing on this page is for sale, and a waitlist note is not an order.
Phone-friendly access is one of the planned capabilities. There is no mobile app and no phone session to join.
Yes, when you run dsh yourself. Install the dsh-esp32agent plugin and plug an ESP32 Agent board into the iPhone; the agent then sees the screen and acts as its mouse and keyboard. That works with self-hosted dsh only, not through DSH Cloud.
No. The Handsy docs describe a developer loop for the ESP32 iPhone Agent. DeepSeek Harness is a different project. DSH Cloud is about the second one, and only as a hosting idea.
Waitlist
This page is not storing email addresses. There is no list to join from the form, because the form is not being saved. Nothing you type here is kept.
If you want Handsy to hear that you are interested, email [email protected]. That reaches the existing Handsy mailbox. It is ordinary email, not an instance and not an order.
