Changelog

The current experience brings the agent onto your iPhone. Connect the board, give Handsy a goal, and watch it work. Saved tasks can be started through Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Control Center; runs can be replayed and exported on the phone.

The app is coming to the App Store. Its release version and date will be added when announced. The current main architecture does not yet have a corresponding public version tag or formal GitHub Release.

The new esp32agent CLI connects computer agents to the board over Bluetooth, with local commands and a stdio MCP server. Watch the CLI demo and setup guide. Public installation entry points and matching firmware are being prepared; no release version or date is announced here.

Version What it introduced
v0.1.0 The first formal GitHub Release: a computer-based agent controlling a real iPhone through an ESP32 board.
v0.1.1 A later legacy tag with CLI and stdio MCP support. No separate GitHub Release entry.

The legacy branch has continued beyond these tags. See how the two versions differ.

Board firmware is versioned separately from the app. The browser installer currently lists 0.2.1; it selects the compatible firmware for the supported board.

Planned: v0.2.2, together with a matching CLI, will support esp32agent wifi to read the board hotspot name and password after encrypted Bluetooth pairing. This is a forthcoming release; its download and date will be added after publication.
